Why "Rockalypse"?
In the year 2006, the Eurovision Song Contest was won by the band Lordi. This crazy group of Finns, in full monster regalia, performed their marvelously cliche Hard Rock Hallelujah (music video) from their album Arockalypse.
I think this is a band of rockers who know how to have a good time, and don’t take themselves too seriously. Or, maybe they take themselves very seriously, and dressing up as monsters is very, very important to them. Either way, I picked up the domain rockalypse.org with no idea what to use it for. For now, I’ll park information about the courses I teach under this domain... because it is good not to take yourself too seriously.
