You can be updated by email. The resulting emails come in looking like the one pictured below (and you can unsubscribe from a link on every one.) How do you do this?
① Go to feedmyinbox.com.
② Copy the RSS feed link from below. (Right click, "Copy Link Location".)
③ Enter your email address and the RSS feed at feedmyinbox.com
GOOGLE READER
You can get updates in a newsreader like Google Reader.
① Sign up for Google Reader.
② Copy the RSS feed link from below. (Right click, "Copy Link Location".)
③ Add it.
